Coordinator / organizer
We are looking for someone to coordinate the our transfers and tour bookings. This means informing our guests about the transfers / tours that will take place and following the process. You must be doing the information correctly and checking bookings daily. You need to check the pickup times and drop off times and confirm with guests about these times and pick up locations.
Our guests will contact you during the transfer process, as our drivers will mostly not speak English you will need to communicate between driver and guests.
Fluent English and Turkish is necessary.
You need to be careful with these transfer processes. For this, you need to give us a excel page for checking on a weekly basis.
Basic excel knowledge and computer literacy is required.
The job is mostly remotely and you will be required to come to the office a few times a week.
