The project should be prepared by groups of 2 people. MS PowerPoint will be used during the presentation and then the project will be delivered as an MS Word file or PDF.
The country to be selected will be determined according to the order of mailing. Countries to choose from: China, Japan, India, Vietnam, South Korea, Thailand, Peru, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Iran, Levant Countries, Morocco (One of the countries of Asia, Central Asia, Arab countries, Africa or South America can be selected.)
Each group will have 10 minutes to present the project. A powerPoint presentation will be used while presenting in the form of an oral presentation in the 13th week. The font in the Word file should be Times New Roman 12 points.
What should be in the presentation:
General introduction of the country (such as language, religion, ethnic structure, and geographical conditions)
Food culture features
Important events, subjects, people in food culture
The country's prominent food ingredients
Other important issues related to the gastronomy of the country
References should be used. The primary source should be the book. Internet resources can be used when necessary, provided that the source is specified.

Groups should send an e-mail to [email protected] with the name of the country they selected and the information of the people who will be in the group. The deadline for sending an email is 07.11.2022.
